We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order email or invoice) is required.

2. How To Return

Email orders@riseandglow.co.za with your order number and return reason. We will send return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return.
